Home Delivery

Express Scripts Pharmacy supports many preventive medications through home delivery. Log in or register and send us your prescription to get your medication shipped right to your door.

Retail Pharmacies

You may also be able to get preventive medications for as little as $0 at your local retail pharmacy. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about lower cost alternatives covered by your plan.

Check your plan benefits

Your plan may require you to try a generic medication before a brand-name medication can be filled. Please refer to your benefit materials for coverage details and the plan website for current information. The list of qualifying medications will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change.

If a qualifying medication is not right for you, you may be able to get an alternative medication covered at no cost to you. Please ask your doctor to call Express Scripts at 1-800-753-2851 or fax a completed Benefit Coverage Request Form to 1-877-328-9660 to request a clinical review.

Note: Not all Medicare plans offer coverage of preventive medications as defined under the ACA at a $0 copay.
